One of 15 flats in a luxury private block with attractive communal areas, this bright studio is on the second floor (lift).

As well as a security door, it has its own private stairway leading to the front door (3 Banham locks).

Inside there is both hot and cold air ventilation and there are two separate ceiling heaters.

This small flat (15 sq metres) is a sort of L shape. The bedroom area has a built-in three quarters bed (which sleeps two) with storage underneath. Bed linen is supplied if required. There is also a TV/dvd/video player, a BT wireless broadband connection and a landline phone for incoming calls.

The bathroom is fully tiled and has a power shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. Towels are supplied if required.

The kitchen has an oven, four ring hob, microwave, fridge (no freezer), washer/dryer and is fully equipped with utensils and dining sets for 2.

The rest of the flat includes a small dining table with 2 chairs, a comfy tub chair and a wardrobe with hangers and shelves.

There is a 24/7 facility for waste disposal at ground floor level on the outside of the block so that rubbish need never be stored inside the flat.

The area is superb with a smart entrance in Muscovy Street. This is a high quality 1920s stone building

(originally the Anglo-Swedish Chamber of Commerce).

It is a 2 minute walk through Trinity Square Gardens to Tower Hill tube (slightly further for DLR) and the location is perfect for someone working in the Eastern part of the City who wishes to walk to work.

There is a 7 day a week Tesco 5 minutes' walk away in Eastcheap and numerous restaurants, bars and hotels close by, as well as tourist attractions such as The Tower of London, The Thames, St Katherine's Dock and Monument.

Strictly no smoking.

The flat is presented in pristine condition.

A deposit of between one week's rent and one month's rent is taken at the time of booking and is lodged with the Deposit Protection Service (www.depositprotection.com
